Unauthorized late checkout will result in the following fees: – Up to 1 hour late: $100 – 2+ hours late: One full night’s base rate Late checkout must be approved in advance. 🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. $1,000 violation fee. 🐾 PETS: Pets are welcome but MUST be disclosed and added to the reservation. The applicable one-time pet fee will be shown when pets are added. Please clean up after your pets. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. 🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Absolutely no parties, events or disruptive gatherings. $1,000 violation fee. 👥 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No unauthorized or overnight guests who are not included in the reservation without prior host approval. 🤫 QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM–10:00 AM. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood; please be respectful of our neighbors. 🏊 HEATED POOL: Guests use the pool at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool heating must be requested by messaging the host at least 24 hours in advance, as the pool may take up to 24 hours to heat once the heater is turned on. Maximum pool temperature is 90°F. 🔥 BBQ/GRILL: If a propane grill is provided, an empty propane tank is included. Guests are responsible for refilling/exchanging the tank if needed. 🧺 LINENS & TOWELS: Please do not use towels or linens for makeup, cleaning or anything that may permanently stain them. Damaged, bleached or missing items: $10 per towel and $25 per sheet. 🏡 CARE OF THE HOME: Guests are responsible for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. 🔧 REPORT ISSUES IMMEDIATELY: If you experience an issue during your stay, please contact us promptly so we have the opportunity to correct it. 🛠️ MAINTENANCE ACCESS: If an issue requires attention, the host or an authorized service provider may need to enter the property to inspect or complete necessary repairs, with notice whenever reasonably possible. 🚗 PARKING: Please use designated parking areas and never block neighboring driveways or sidewalks.
